Book Metro Connect

Booking Reservations, Making Changes and Cancellations

Metro Connect reservations can be made up to seven days in advance.

If your schedule is flexible, consider traveling during less busy times. Our dispatchers can help find the best time for your trip.

Once you schedule your ride, you will receive a confirmation number. Be sure to write this down, as you will need it for cancellations, modifications or any feedback about your experience.

Metro Connect operates as a shared-ride service, meaning you may travel with other passengers. Please be mindful of the rules of conduct to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride for everyone.

Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel your trip, you must do so at least one hour before your scheduled pickup time by calling (269) 350-2970.

Please note:

  • Trip changes are considered cancellations. If you need a new trip, it will be scheduled based on availability.
  • Late cancellations can cause service delays for all riders, so please cancel as early as possible if your plans change.
