What to Do in an Emergency

Please remain calm and alert the driver immediately if you or a fellow passenger are experiencing a health emergency. Drivers are trained to ensure the appropriate response services are contacted.

Always take note of the four-digit number on the front of the bus you are riding. That number is assigned to the bus, driver and other information that may be key in the event of an emergency or accident. Please provide that number to dispatch or emergency services if there is a safety issue (e.g., an accident, health issue with the driver and/or another passenger, etc.).
