Request a Ride in Greater Kalamazoo

Metro offers two alternatives, besides the scheduled routes, to the Greater Kalamazoo bus route system — Metro Link and Metro Connect.

• Metro Link is a service that provides transportation to the nearest bus route or to destinations within the specific Metro Link service zone.
• Metro Connect is a scheduled, curb-to-curb rideshare service that takes people to any desired location within Kalamazoo County. 

All Metro vehicles are ADA-compliant and equipped with wheelchair tie-downs and restraints. Buses are equipped with ramps, while vans are equipped with lifts. 

Metro Connect riders can request to be certified for door-to-door service due to disability.  If riders require additional assistance, they can be approved to travel with a personal care assistant at no additional charge.

Service animals are welcome on Metro Connect provided they are under the control of the owner for the duration of the trip.
