Metro Connect

Metro Connect is a ride-share, curb-to-curb ADA-compliant transportation service in Kalamazoo County designed to help riders get where they need to go with ease. Metro Connect is available to anyone for any reason anywhere in Kalamazoo County. 

As an on-demand service, Metro Connect requires riders to schedule trips in advance. Once booked, a vehicle picks you up at your location and drops you off at your destination, making multiple stops along the way to accommodate other passengers.

This service covers all of Kalamazoo County and the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, offering access to a wide range of destinations within the area.

Fares vary based on eligibility:

• $12 On-Demand Fare – for all riders who are not registered for reduced fare.
• $14 Subscription Fare – for those with a routinely scheduled trip (e.g., medical appointments, employment, etc.) and who are not registered for reduced fare.
• $4 Reduced On-Demand Fare – for people who qualify and are registered for reduced fare.
• $6 Reduced Subscription Fare – for passengers with recurring rides who are registered for reduced fare.
• $3 On-Demand/Subscription Access Fare – for riders certified as ADA-eligible who are traveling within the ADA Access Service Area.
• $10 Child Fare – for children over 48" tall.
• No fare for children under 48" tall.
